We specialize in the import and export of high-quality non-woven fabrics and finished hygiene products, with professional sales and technical teams. Our product range covers personal care, home cleaning, and pet care, including baby wipes, flushable wet wipes, face towels, disposable bath towels, kitchen wipes, pet wipes, pet training pads, pet waste bags, and pet diapers. As one of China’s few enterprises with a full non-woven industry chain advantage (supported by our parent group’s nonwoven material expertise), we independently produce core spunlace and spunbond non-woven raw materials, ensuring stable quality and cost control. Our products hold authoritative certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, FDA, GMPC, and CE, making them trusted by global clients
We operate two modern factories with a total area of 67,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of 58,000 tons. Our production facilities include a 35,000-square-meter general workshop, a 10,000-square-meter 100,000-level GMP purification workshop, and an 11,000-square-meter storage area. To guarantee product quality, we have established an in-house laboratory, a 24-hour online monitoring system, and a strict 6S on-site management system, overseeing every production process from raw material input to finished product output. This rigorous quality control framework ensures all products meet global safety and performance standards.
Our group’s journey in nonwoven and hygiene products began in 2003 with the establishment of Hangzhou Huachen Nonwoven Co., Ltd. (renamed Zhejiang Huachen Nonwoven Co., Ltd. in 2009). In 2014, we formed our dedicated foreign trade team to expand global markets. In 2017, we introduced an SSS production line and R&D team to enhance our technical capabilities. In 2018, Hangzhou Micker Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. was founded to focus on downstream hygiene care products. In 2020, we acquired Hangzhou Huayin Nonwoven Co., Ltd. and reorganized as Xinsheng (Zhejiang) Nonwoven Technology Co., Ltd., solidifying our position as a comprehensive nonwoven and hygiene products enterprise with over 20 years of industry expertise.
